  1. Open the “Assets” dropdown in the main menu and select the “Withdraw” submenu.
If it is your first time and you haven't set the withdrawal password in advance, please set it to proceed.
  2. Select the coin that you want to withdraw.
  3. Choose the network you want to withdraw through.
  4. Paste the destination address or select it from your address list. Depending on the network, you may need to add the destination tag/memo.
  5. Enter the allowed withdrawal amount. The minimum and maximum allowed amount for your selected coin are displayed in the Note section of the withdrawal page. Your available balance will also be displayed.
  6. The Receive Amount and Network fee will be determined.
  7. Click the “Withdraw” button.
  8. Enter your withdrawal password.
  9. Click “Send Code” for security verification to receive the OTP. If you have bound both email and phone number, you can switch the channel for receiving the verification code. By default, it will be sent to your username (email or phone number).
  10. Click “Confirm” to complete the withdrawal process.

Note:

  • If your desired coin is banned from withdrawal, you will not be able to find and select it in the coin dropdown list.
  • If you are banned from withdrawing in the Enifex system, you will not be able to see the withdrawal page. Contact the support team for more information.
  • The maximum daily withdrawal amount for unverified accounts is $20,000, while for verified accounts, it is $500,000.
  • If you change or reset your login or withdrawal password, the withdrawal service on Enifex will be temporarily closed for 24 hours for your security.
  • It typically takes up to 5 minutes for your withdrawal request to be confirmed. You can track it in the withdrawal request table under the “Status” column.
  • Depending on the network's traffic, it may take longer. You can track it through network scan websites.
  • You will receive an email once your withdrawal request has been successfully processed.
