How can I change the withdrawal password?

  1. Open the “User Profile” page.
  2. Select the “Security Setting” tab.
  3. In the “Withdraw Password” section, click “Change”.
  4. Read through the warning pop-up and click the “Got It” button.
    Warning: To ensure your account security, the withdrawal service on Enifex will be temporarily closed for 24 hours after the setting is approved. Therefore, after resetting your password, you won’t be able to withdraw for 24 hours to enhance your account security.
  5. Enter your current withdrawal password.
  6. Enter the new withdrawal password.
  7. Confirm the new withdrawal password.
  8. Click “Send Code”.
  9. Enter the Enifex code that you received.

Note:

  • If you did not receive the code or if it expired, click the “Send Code” button to receive it again.
  • Click the “Confirm” button to complete the process.
